Refund Policy
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order. All refunds are issued as store credit only in the form of a coupon code.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date
- Returned in the same condition they were shipped in
Original shipping costs are not refunded. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Returns shipped more than 7 days after delivery, or returned in a different condition than shipped, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- All headwear
- All footwear
- All discounted or sale items
GIFTS
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please provide your full name and email address so we can issue the store credit to you directly.
